How do I place an order?
Add your products to the cart, then click on "Checkout". Enter your delivery address, choose your delivery method, and pay for your order online. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the order is validated.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment is processed by the secure Shopify platform. We never have access to your bank details. Accepted payment methods are displayed at the time of payment.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page. As long as the order has not been sent for shipping, we can modify or cancel it.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Sweden and Denmark, as well as France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every product available in your country.
How long does delivery take?
Our products are shipped directly by the brands and our partners. Allow an estimated 10 to 20 business days, depending on your destination. Full details are in our shipping policy.
Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?
Depending on your country, your local customs authority may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
Why did I receive several packages?
If your order contains products from several brands, it may arrive in several packages on different dates. Each package has its own tracking number.
How can I track my order?
As soon as it ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Returns and refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed cosmetics cannot be returned.
My product arrived damaged, what should I do?
Contact us with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will offer you an exchange or a refund, free of charge. More information can be found in our return policy.

What does "clean beauty" mean?
A clean cosmetic favors ingredients of natural origin and short formulas, while excluding controversial ingredients.
How do I know if a product is right for me?
Consult the description and the ingredient list on each product page. If you have a known allergy or very reactive skin, check the composition before purchasing and perform a patch test (behind the ear or on the inside of the wrist) before first use. If in doubt, seek advice from your pharmacist or dermatologist.
